Philosophy: The name of my company sums it up... Attending Difference Dilemma - Unlimited Potential. I believe ADHD is a gift; however like other gifts; challenges come with the gift. One of the challenges is how to sucessfully live in a world that is not designed for those of us who have ADHD; i.e. in a linear world when we do not usually process in a linear fashion. I personally do not have a deficit of attention; I have a deficit of filters - I attend to everything and can not filter out all the things that do not pertain to the task at hand. I am not broken...I am perfect just as I am and I have developed skills that complement who I am and allow my gifts to be used. I have created systems; uniquely designed for the way my brain processes information; to help me successfully navigate the world. The more I learn about me; the better me I can be. I coach from this same perspective...the more my clients learn about themselves; the better selves they can be. That is my job; as a coach; to help my clients connect with themselves and honor the wonderful persons they are. - Work Experience: ADHD coach since 1997; previous work experience as a teacher (in the US and in Laos);a community volunteer; a salesperson; an administrative associate; and a flight attendant. I am a wife; a mother of four and a grandmother of twelve. - Client Types: Adults; College Students; Business owners/Executives; Professionals; Entrepreneurs; Artists - Coaching Format: Phone; In Person - Personal Characteristics: I have ADHD; am married to a man who has ADHD; have diagnosed and undiagnosed children with ADHD; and have diagnosed and undiagnosed grandchildren with ADHD...so I live with and understand ADHD from the inside out. - Additional Info: - Fee: $ 75/hr ; packages available (limited sliding fee slots)
