Philosophy: Having worked professionally for over twenty years in mental wellness and being the mother of a son with Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder (AD/HD); I am passionate about providing a much needed personal and professional resource for people living with AD/HD. I developed The Change of Focus Professional Coaching Program specifically to support those living with AD/HD; whether that is yourself or someone you love. I believe that AD/HD is a very real challenge for many people and that the treatment and solutions for AD/HD challenges should be no more mysterious or unattainable then for people with other natural health disorders. - Work Experience: Along with being a Certified Professional AD/HD Coach and Educator; I have over twenty years experience working in the mental wellness field. This background and education in the medical field provide me with a working knowledge of the neurobiology; psychopharmacology and treatments associated with AD/HD. In addition to my coaching I am certified as a Parent to Parent Educator on AD/HD and often serve as a regional resource on AD/HD; parenting and life transition issues.
