Description
Psychotherapy or coaching for ADHD adults. I specialise in working with high functioning; gifted and creative individuals (with or without ADHD). These include musicians; artists and writers who often find themselves getting blocked or feel they have lost the inspiration needed to create. My background is very broad and includes having worked within merchant banks; advertising; IT; event management; marketing and PR. For coaching; my style is very much geared towards having a totally positive and forward thinking; structured and yet flexible approach. For psychotherapy; I do not adhere to any particular psychotherapeutic exactitude as I believe all my clients are unique individuals. Having worked for a number of years in primary care; I am used to working in a more focused way which tends to require fewer sessions. I have a number of techniques that we can agree to use which include EMDR and hypnotherapy. Whether practising coaching or psychotherapy; I always feel it a privilege to share in my clients' lives and I treat the information shared with the utmost respect it deserves and observe the strictest levels of confidentiality; at all times.
